Message us and we will reply

Enquiries are answered seven days a week, usually within minutes. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us, the form lower down is the most thorough, and either gets you to the same place.

Tell us the year group, the subject and what is going wrong. That is enough for us to suggest a tutor and set up a free 30-minute trial.

No card details are taken at any point before the trial.

Four ways to get in touch

What is the fastest way to reach you?

WhatsApp, in practice. Messages are answered seven days a week and usually within minutes. Phone and email work equally well if you would rather, and the form below is best when there is a lot to explain.

Send a message

Tell us what you need

The more specific you are, the better the tutor match. "Fine until algebra, then lost" is far more useful to us than "struggling with Maths", and it means the first suggestion is more likely to be the right one.

Message us

We reply seven days a week, usually within minutes. No card details are taken.

What to include

  • the year group and the level, so KS3, GCSE, A-Level or Functional Skills
  • the subject, and the exam board if you know it
  • what is actually going wrong, in your own words
  • the current grade and the one you are aiming at
  • when the learner is usually free, including weekends
  • any learning needs or adjustments a tutor should know about

What happens next

We read it, come back with any questions, then put forward one tutor and a reason for the choice. If it looks right, we arrange a free 30-minute trial at a time that suits. Most families are booked in within a day.

There is no sales call afterwards. You either want to carry on or you do not, and you tell us either way.

Applying to teach?

If you are a tutor, use the tutoring page instead

Tutor applications sent through this form take longer to reach the right person. Everything we need, and what happens after you apply, is on the become a tutor page.

Answers to the usual questions

Most enquiries ask one of these four things. If yours is on the list, the answer is already written and you can decide before messaging.

How much does it cost?

£30 a lesson, £27.50 on a term plan and £25 on an annual plan. No sign-up fee and no premium for harder subjects.

How does it work?

You enquire, we match a tutor, you take a free 30-minute trial, then lessons start. Four steps and nothing paid up front.

Who would teach my child?

One of our tutors, matched to the subject, level and exam board. Every profile lists what they cover and when they are free.

Getting in touch

Questions about contacting us

Anything not answered here, message us and we will tell you straight.

How quickly will you reply?

Usually within minutes, seven days a week. Enquiries are monitored around the clock. If you message very late at night you may wait until the morning, but you will not wait days.

What is the best way to contact you?

WhatsApp is fastest and suits most people. Phone works if you would rather talk, email is better when you want to attach a school report or topic list, and the form on this page is best when there is a lot to explain at once.

Do I have to pay anything to enquire?

No. Enquiring is free, the 30-minute trial is free, and no card details are taken at any point before you decide to book lessons. There is no registration fee and no matching fee.

Will I get a sales call?

No. We reply to what you asked, suggest a tutor and arrange the trial if you want one. After the trial you tell us whether to carry on, and that is the end of it either way.

I am a tutor, where do I apply?

On the become a tutor page rather than through this contact form. Applications sent here take longer to reach the right person.

Can we speak on the phone instead of messaging?

Yes. Call the number on this page, or send a message asking us to ring you and say roughly when suits. If we are mid lesson we will call back rather than interrupt a student.

Do you have an office we can visit?

No. Every lesson is delivered online on Zoom, and students are spread across the UK. The business is based in Feltham, Greater London, but there is no teaching centre.

What happens to the information I send?

It is used to match a tutor and arrange the trial, and nothing else. See our privacy policy for the detail.

If you already know what you need, book the trial directly. Tell us the level, the subject and what is going wrong, and we will take it from there.
