Trading since 2020, with lessons delivered live on Zoom, structured around the student's specification, and reviewed with parents as they go.

Inside an online lesson
What does an online lesson actually involve?
A lesson runs live on video with a digital whiteboard and shared documents. The student works through problems with the tutor watching, gets corrected in the moment, and leaves with a specific next step rather than a vague instruction to revise.
An hour of watching someone else explain things is not tutoring. The student has to be doing the work while somebody qualified watches them do it. That's the only part of this that can't be replaced by a revision video.

Which levels do you support?

How much does online tutoring cost?
£30 per lesson for one-to-one tuition. The 30-minute trial is free, with no card details taken and no obligation to continue afterwards. No sign-up or joining fees.
Are lessons one-to-one or in groups?
One-to-one, always. That's the whole service. It's the reason a student can stop the lesson to ask something they'd never ask in front of a class.
How do you choose the right tutor?
We match on subject, level, exam board, current performance, goals, available times and the kind of support needed. A person does this, not a filter. The free trial then lets you judge the match yourself.
Which exam boards do you cover?
AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR and WJEC/Eduqas, depending on subject and tutor. Tell us the school, course or specification when you enquire and we'll confirm coverage before anything is booked.
How are online lessons delivered?
Live on Zoom, using digital whiteboards, shared documents, screen sharing and exam-style questions. Students show their working and get feedback during the lesson rather than a written report afterwards.
Can we change tutors if the first match isn't right?
Yes. Tell us and we'll review the placement. Fit matters more in one-to-one teaching than in any other format, and pretending otherwise helps nobody.
Do you support adults and apprentices?
Yes. Functional Skills Level 2 Maths and English is built for adults, apprentices and college learners who need the qualification for work, an apprenticeship or a further course.
Can lessons be recorded?
Recordings can be arranged on request where appropriate, subject to safeguarding, privacy and consent requirements. Confirm it when you arrange the tutoring.
Do you tutor students outside England?
Contact us first for Scottish and Northern Irish qualifications. Tutor coverage for SQA and CCEA specifications depends on availability, and we'd rather tell you upfront than after you've booked.
